  • What do I need to bring
    For Gong sound meditation you will need to bring a yoga mat, blanket, small pillow, warm clothes & socks, eye mask (optional but recommended) and a bottle of water. Wear clothes that are comfortable. Additionally for Yin Yoga a towel is recommended.
  • What do I wear
    Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. For Yoga wear breathable clothing that allows a full range of motion.
  • Are there any medical conditions that will prevent me from attending?
    Gong sound meditation is not suitable for you if you have any of the following: - Sound induced epilepsy. - Tinnitus. - Metal implants or pacemakers. - Are within the first trimester of pregnancy. - Have serious mental health condition. For Yin Yoga all students are welcome regardless of their physical abilities or limitations. However, it is important to note that certain medical conditions may require modifications or alternative practices to ensure safety and comfort during your practice. These conditions may include but are not limited to: high blood pressure, heart disease, pregnancy ( first trimester), recent surgeries, joint injuries, and chronic illnesses. If you have any medical concerns or conditions, we highly recommend consulting with your physician before starting any exercise program. It is also important to inform your instructor of any medical conditions or limitations prior to class, so they can provide appropriate modifications and support as needed. If you are unsure in any way please consult your doctor or health care practitioner prior to attending.
